RHA Document storage is a document storage facility. The documents, if set correctly will link to the Driver and Vehicle Calendar. You can access the main RHA Document Storage page from the portal page.

RHA Document storage gives you the ability to upload a document with a driver/vehicle or date tagged in. Any document that is tagged will be shown on the driver/vehicle calendar.

As standard, you get 1MB per driver for free. If you require more storage please contact our sales team.

Located on the left-hand side you will be able to see how much storage you have available and the total amount of documents you have uploaded to the system.

Navigate to the top of the page and click.

Tags enable you to create search tags. For example, you might create a "Till Roll" tag. You can set this tag to a document and use it to search documents on the left-hand side.

Click  to create a new tag.

Click  upload a new document.

Please note: You are not required to fill out any of the details below. 

Date: The date of the document

People: The name of the driver(s) the document is associated with

Vehicles: The vehicle registration the document is associated with

Tags: Add a tag to the document for better search results

Select the file from your local PC to upload

If you have uploaded a document with a driver/vehicle attached, the information will be shown on the driver/vehicle calendar with this: symbol.

Any document you have uploaded will appear in the center of the screen.

Click  to open/download the document.

Click  to edit the existing document.

Click "Open" to view/download the document.

Click "Delete" to delete the document from the system.

Click "Edit" to edit the tags.
