System Requirements

The following specifications are for running the RHA Analysis website.

 

IT Specification Required For RHA Analysis Website Only
PC with minimum Intel Pentium 4 1.7 GHz processor or higher (or equivalent)
1 GB Ram or higher
Minimum screen resolution 1024 x 768 and 17-inch monitor
Broadband Internet connection min ½ Mb upload speed or higher
Installed Printer
Microsoft Windows Windows 7+ with all current security patches and service packs.

Internet Explorer (IE) 11+ with all current Microsoft patches, Chrome, Firefox, etc

 

The following specifications are for running the RHA Analysis website, and the DCA (Data Capture Application) software scanning analogue and digital charts, as well as downloading vehicle data.

 

IT Specification Required For RHA Analysis Website And The DCA Software
PC with minimum Intel Pentium 4 1.7 GHz processor or higher (or equivalent)
40GB (or higher) hard drive with min 40% free hard disk
4 GB Ram or higher
USB 2 (minimum) with 2 or more free ports for card reader/scanner
Minimum screen resolution 1024x768 and 17-inch monitor
Microsoft Windows Windows 7+ with all current security patches and service packs.
.Net 4.1 (or higher)
PC/SC / ISO7816 compliant USB Smart Card Reader capable of reading T0 and T1 type cards.
These are available from our stationery shop.
Vehicle digital tachograph download unit.
Panasonic 1025,1046,1037 scanner for sending analogue charts for analysis.
Broadband Internet connection min ½ Mb upload speed or higher.
Installed Printer
5 or 6 power sockets within 1 metre of PC (PC, monitor, scanner, printer)
